The Yemeni Society for Thalassemia and Genetic Blood Disorders held an awareness lecture on Thursday, 30 Rajab 1443 AH / March 3, 2022, for the medical and technical staff working at the therapeutic center for thalassemia and hereditary hemolytic anemia patients. The lecture was delivered by Dr. Ahmed Shamsan Al-Muqrami, Consultant in Pediatric and Genetic Blood Diseases and President of the Society, under the title:
“Thalassemia and Hereditary Blood Disorders: Their Detection, Types, Complications, Latest Treatments for Patients, and Prevention Methods.”
This initiative aims to enhance prevention efforts and improve the quality of services provided to patients.
