On Thursday, 6th Safar 1447 AH (corresponding to July 31, 2025), the Yemeni Society for Thalassemia and Genetic Blood Disorders participated in an awareness campaign in collaboration with the National Cancer Control Foundation. The campaign took place during the graduation ceremony of the Dentistry students at Yemen and Gulf University for Science and Technology.
The campaign aimed to raise awareness about the dangers of thalassemia, hereditary blood disorders, and cancer, highlighting the importance of early screening and medical consultation before marriage to ensure the health and safety of the community and future generations.
The Association’s management extends its sincere gratitude and appreciation to Yemen and Gulf University for their humanitarian efforts and commitment to addressing societal issues.
