On a morning filled with joy and a spirit of humanity, the Yemen Society for Thalassemia and Genetic Blood Disorders organized a symbolic event on Thursday, November 20, 2025, in celebration of World Children’s Day, attended by children, their families, and several members of the medical staff and volunteers.
The event included the distribution of simple gifts carrying deep meaning, aiming to bring happiness to the children’s hearts and remind them that they remain at the center of care and attention.
The Society’s president emphasized that every child deserves to enjoy a complete childhood like others, with less pain in their lives and more room for hope—stronger and brighter.
This event comes as part of the Society’s efforts to reinforce its humanitarian mission and to amplify the voices of children who face challenges with courage and a will to live, on a day dedicated to reminding the world of their rights and their future.
