A voluntary blood donation campaign was held this morning in front of the Al-Jazeera College of Medical and Technical Sciences, in support of patients with thalassemia, hereditary blood disorders, and others who rely on regular blood transfusions.
The day before, the college hosted an awareness lecture delivered by Dr. Mukhtar Ismail, Director of the Treatment Center, along with Mr. Ali Abdul Wali, Head of Public Relations, who participated in the medical and pharmaceutical exhibition organized by the Departments of Pharmacy and Laboratory Sciences. The event was attended by the Dean of the College, Dr. Hashem Al-Maghrabi, faculty members, a large number of students, and representatives from pharmaceutical and medical supply companies and laboratories.
