The German University of Medical Sciences and Technology, in coordination and cooperation with the National Blood Transfusion and Research Center and the Yemeni Thalassemia and Genetic Blood Disorders Association, organized a voluntary blood donation campaign on Wednesday, 13th of Sha’ban 1446 AH, corresponding to February 12, 2025, in support of thalassemia and sickle cell anemia patients, as well as other patients who rely on blood transfusions.
The Association’s management extends sincere thanks to the German University and the National Center for their ongoing cooperation and contributions in alleviating the suffering of this group of individuals.
In appreciation, the German University honored the Association for its significant humanitarian efforts in caring for patients and protecting the community.
