The Yemeni Society for Thalassemia and Genetic Blood Disorders welcomed today, Sunday, 17th of Sha’ban 1446 AH, corresponding to February 16, 2025, the “Smiles of Humanity” initiative team. During their visit, they distributed fruits to the patients and toured the therapeutic center to learn about the free services provided.
The team also attended an informative session on thalassemia, genetic blood disorders, their risks, complications, and prevention methods, including early screening and medical counseling before marriage.
