Executive Director Honors TeleYemen for Supporting Thalassemia and Hereditary Blood Disorder Patients
On the sidelines of concluding the implementation of the Iron Chelation and Hydroxyurea Treatment Distribution Project, the Executive Director of the Yemeni Society for Thalassemia and Hereditary Blood Disorders, Mr. Jamil Ali Al-Khayati, along with Mr. Saleh Al-Osaimi, Follow-up Officer in the Administrative Body, honored the Yemen International Telecommunications Company (TeleYemen) in appreciation of their continued efforts and humanitarian support for patients.
The Executive Director presented the Plaque of Loyalty and Excellence in Humanitarian Work to the company, which was received on behalf of TeleYemen by Mr. Mohammed Mohammed Al-Mosabbahi, Director of the Accounts and Revenue Department, and Mr. Ayman Ahmed Al-Mosabbahi, Financial Accounts Supervisor.
This honor comes at the conclusion of the Society’s Iron Chelation and Hydroxyurea Treatment Distribution Project, funded by TeleYemen, with a total cost of five million Yemeni riyals, implemented during the months of June and July of the current year.
The Society expressed its gratitude to TeleYemen for its vital contribution to alleviating the suffering of thalassemia and hereditary blood disorder patients by ensuring the availability of essential medications.
